Refresh is an annual gathering for Alliance youth workers, paid and volunteer, to encourage one another, share best practices, create friendships, and be refreshed through soul care.

We will spend time casting vision for Alliance Youth and LIFE 2025, resting in God’s presence, and sharing youth ministry strategies to equip and encourage youth workers.

If you are the Lead youth worker or if you serve on the youth ministry team, you should attend this conference.

REFRESH EAST – We will stay at Embassy Suites Columbus Airport

The registration cost covers shared room housing, meals from Sunday dinner to Wednesday breakfast, and plus some added fun activities to play and laugh together.

MEGAN MARSHMAN
As an international speaker at churches, conferences, and university chapels, Megan Fate Marshman is a leading voice for this generation. She serves as a teaching pastor at Willow Creek Community Church, the director of women’s ministries at Hume Lake Christian Camps, and the women’s pastor at Arbor Road Church. She is a disciple, mom, pastor, hope sharer, and joy spreader who enjoys traveling all over the globe with her boys as she speaks on God’s love. Her next book, “Relaxed: Walking with the One Who Is Not Worried about a Thing,” releases in August 2024.

Dave enjoys people and Jesus a LOT! He is a giver, a serial entrepreneur, a wealth strategist, a public speaker, worship leader, songwriter, guitar nerd, event producer, artist developer, music producer, real estate investor, and dream champion. His recently celebrated 21 years of being married to his best friend, Tara. They have 2 sons, Hunter and Kai. ZACH MEERKREEBS
Zach Meerkreebs is the proud husband of Kristin and father to three little girls: Eden, Esther, and Mercy. He is thankful for the opportunity to have served within churches by coaching and catalyzing church plants, traveling and speaking, and most recently had the gift of a lifetime as he preached on February 8, 2023, where he had a front row seat to see God moving amidst the Asbury outpouring where a small town and university experienced sixteen days of unending prayer and worship. More than one hundred thousand guests from around the country–and the world–experienced the peace and power of God.
