Step 1: Register My Group
Submit some basic group info and pay the deposit to secure your conference rate and gain access to the lodging reservation system and your private cloud folder.
Step 2: Manage Attendee Details
After registering your group, you will receive an email giving you access to the lodging reservation system and a private cloud folder just for your group. This folder will contain all of your group’s documents and is where you will enter attendee details.
Step 3: Pay Balance
You can make additional partial payments whenever you wish (see below) until May 31, 2019 when the balance is due.
